DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Shipping in the UK
All our orders will be shipped via DPD. We chose DPD because they are the greenest courier in the UK.
All our products come with a standard delivery service. This means that DPD will deliver the parcel within 24 hours of collecting it from our distribution space. Please allow 3 working days for us to dispatch your order.
DPD track and trace your goods and you will receive a one-hour window on the morning of your delivery. You will also receive tracking information via SMS so you will be consistently updated.
Please note this next day delivery service is operational from Monday-Friday and excludes weekends and Bank holidays. If you order over the weekend and on bank holidays, the next day service will come into effect on the next working day.
Loopeco offer a flat rate shipping fee of £4.95, no matter what size or weight.
Standard delivery service 2-3 working days.
Free next day shipping will be applied to any order over £50, if ordered by 11am (Monday – Friday) with DPD. This is only available to UK orders.
We now ship our products to the USA. The charge for this service is £22 and we use DPD.
This service aims to deliver within 7 working days.
Loopeco will endeavour to have the package shipped to you within the allocated time frame between Monday and Friday. If any problems occur, you will be notified.
In order for the product to be shipped you must:
1 - Add your order to our online store basket
2 - Enter all relevant information including delivery details and billing information.
3 - Once the order has been accepted and payment has been made, we will send you an order confirmation email. At this point the terms of trade will become binding to you and Loopeco. We will update you with your order via email and you will be sent an invoice for your purchase.
5 - We reserve the right to refuse any order. If such a case occurs, we will notify you and explain the reason for refusal and refund you any payment made, in full.
6 - If there is any problem with your order, please email us so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
1 – We accept returns only on products purchased via our website www.loopeco.com.
2 – If a product is damaged whilst in transit to you, we will offer to replace the item or offer a full refund. If the product needs to come back to us and is damaged or defected, Loopeco will pay the returns fee.
3 – If a product was purchased in error, we will offer to either replace or refund money for the item provided it is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. If a product was brought in error, you will be responsible for the fee incurred to ship the item back to us. Once we have received the item and it is in the same condition as when it was sent out, then a replacement or refund will be issued. Please note the refund will be for the cost of the product(s) and not the shipping cost.
4 – Original proof of purchase must be provided to us in any and all cases. We have a 14-day return policy, this means any product will need to be with us within 14 days from the purchase date for a replacement or refund to be issued.
5 – You can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to deal will your return as soon as we possibly can to ensure a hassle-free transaction.
6 – Once we have received the returned goods, we will do the best we can to have it all processed within 14 working days.
7 – Please retain any postal receipts if you send goods back to us.
